Contract Purchase
Your business may need the advantages of Contract Hire but with even greater tax efficiency. This finance plan is designed for companies with a significant number of high value vehicles, or those who are unable to reclaim VAT.
At the start, a guaranteed final payment is agreed. You then pay fixed monthly payments for the duration of the contract and, once the final payment is made, the title passes to you. This means that vehicles can be on-balance sheet and attract normal writing down allowances.
