Established for over 10 years, Nexus Vehicle Rental is one of the country's largest independent, privately owned, providers of cost-effective, added value short term vehicle solutions for the business market. Continuing to invest in their products and services ensures Nexus remains forward thinking and focused on delivering the best solutions for all their customers. This is why Volkswagen Group Leasing has decided to appoint them as our new preferred supplier to manage the process of daily rental vehicle supply.
You will have access to a dedicated team of rental experts ensuring both knowledge and expertise is yours whatever your requirement. Alternatively, the on-line daily rental booking facility from Nexus, fully automates all booking processes via direct connectivity to several leading UK rental suppliers, providing access to over 260,000 vehicles including cars, light vans and commercials and in excess of 1400 UK rental locations. As well as managing the initial rental reservation process you can also access audit and reporting functionality.
The enhancements of IRIS as an on-line reservation / rental management tool will undoubtedly bring further benefits and efficiencies for all users, including:

Once registered, Nexus will be able to provide you with all the tools, training and IT support to use the IRIS system which will be accessed via the internet. They will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of daily rental vehicle bookings including all invoicing.
